Return & Refund Policy

We want you to be happy with your order. If there is any problem, contact us at seikreu@icloud.com within 30 days of delivery and we will make it right.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or not as described, send us a photo with your order number. We will send a free replacement or a full refund — no need to return the item.

Sizing or Change of Mind
If the item doesn't work out, contact us and we will find a solution, which may include a partial refund, store credit, or a replacement. Where a return is required, we will provide the return address and instructions; items must be unused with tags attached, and return shipping is the customer's responsibility.

Order Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase. After that, the order may already be processed and cannot be cancelled.

Refunds
Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Non-Returnable Items
Final sale items and gift cards.
