Shipping Policy

Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days before shipment.

Shipping to the United States

• Estimated delivery: 10–20 business days after dispatch
• Tracking information will be emailed to you once your order ships

Items are shipped directly from our international warehouses and fulfillment partners. Orders with multiple items may arrive in separate packages.

Customs & Import Duties
Most orders are not subject to import duties. In rare cases where customs charges apply, they are the responsibility of the customer.

Delays
Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by customs or carrier delays. If your order has not arrived within 30 days of dispatch, contact us at seikreu@icloud.com and we will investigate or offer a reshipment or refund.

Lost or Undelivered Packages
If tracking shows delivered but you have not received your package, please check with neighbors and your local carrier first, then contact us at seikreu@icloud.com within 7 days
